Upscale Latin-American cuisine joins Brickell diner scene

Fabio Faerman represented the landlord in the leasing of 5,100 SF at 1053 Brickell Plaza, part of the 1060 Brickell mix-used building. The second-generation restaurant space was leased for 25 years to Latin Café 2000, a high-quality Cuban food chain that will broaden Brickell’s dining options when opens.

The newest tenant at 1053 Brickell Plaza signed a 25-year lease with options for the 2nd generation restaurant space on the ground floor, according to Fabio Faerman, Fortune International Realty (FIR) – Commercial Division Director who led the negotiations on the landlord side in this lease transaction. “The space met the criteria of Latin Café 2000, one factor that was key in the negotiation was the fact that the property offers 1,800 SF of outdoor patio seating included in the price, giving to Latin Café 2000 the opportunity to maintain its successful concept within the Financial District.” said Fabio Faerman.
