Sebastian Faerman of FA Commercial Advisors – Commercial division of Fortune International Realty – just closed a lease for 900 SF space located at 176 Giralda Avenue. Faerman represented the tenant – Freddo Gelato – in the transaction. The lease closed for an undisclosed amount on a 5-year lease with a renewal option.
Giralda Ave. is located parallel to Miracle Mile, where the Umbrella Sky Project was used to promote the inauguration of the newly built pedestrian street. The retail space is located on a portion of the pedestrian-only walkway, giving the tenants of the area major foot traffic & outdoor seating. Some of the tenants in the area include Graziano’s, The Local, Rice Kitchen, Clutch Burger, Espresso Cubano, Pokebao, Pasión del Cielo, Greenlife, Coyo Taco, and Divino Ceviche. Giralda is surrounded by major office buildings such as 121 Alhambra Plaza & Giralda Place which is home to WeWork.
