Fabio Faerman and Eduardo Citcioglu of FA Commercial have sold 3 offices located on 2350 Coral Way. Units 201, 301, and 302 were sold with an average sale price per SF of $275. Fabio and Eduardo represented the Seller in the first deal, and both Buyer and Seller in the two following deals.
Fabio and Eduardo had the offices in contract in less than a week and each closed within 60 days from being listed. As a result of the fast closing, the seller referred the FA Commercial team to other owners in the building that were looking to sell their offices.
“We resolved the last closing during this pandemic – where no financing is available – doing a holding paper by the Seller. In the other cases we did regular commercial loans” said Fabio Faerman, CEO/ President of FA Commercial
The pandemic doesn’t stop the home office outlook, especially since shared offices generate a certain reluctance due to the possibility of being exposed to future infections.
