Unit amenities include impact-resistant windows and doors, bathroom cabanas with retractable roof, and 2-car garages with remote-controlled garage doors.
Recognized as one of the most beautiful residential areas in South Florida, Pinecrest is near the popular Miami neighborhoods of Coral Gables to the east, South Miami to the northeast and Palmetto Bay on the south side. The property is also less than a mile away from Dadeland Mall. Owned by the Simon Property Group, the mall has 167 stores and over 17 annual visitors. The site is also close to major roadways including US-1 and the Palmetto Expressway.
