Leased: 2nd generation restaurant located on the main artery of Coconut Grove. The 1,000 SF space at 3423 Main Hwy also includes a 1,000 SF outdoor seating area. Fabio Faerman, CCIM and Sebastian Faerman of FA Commercial represented both sides in the transaction. The new tenant, Varsol by Akashi, signed a 10-year lease agreement.
Varsol by Akashi will be joining an array of premium tenants in the area such as Bellini Restaurant, Mr. C hotel, Harry’s Pizza, Panther Coffee, Warby Parker, Sweet Green, Mister01, Planta, Salt & Straw and Sushi Garage.
CocoWalk and its surroundings have undergone an array of renovations in the past year which are set to bring up the value of the area exponentially. CocoWalk is surrounded by a dense residential area along with brand-new class A office buildings such as the One Cocowalk Offices and Terra Group Headquarters. These additions will bring a steady flow of clients to the new Varsol restaurant.
Known as the original Coconut Grove sushi bar, Varsol by Akashi will consist of a chic and minimalist ambiance for an enriched dining experience. Their food will focus on Pan-American cuisine, premium quality fish and seafood mixed with exotic flavors from all over the world. This will be a unique sushi concept that will provide customers with a unique dining experience.
